It depends.
Those who have delicate, feminine features and are beautiful to begin with can pull it off. Good skin tone, a nicely-shaped head, and no protruding ears and nose are essential for a girl pulling off the bald look.
In fact, there is somewhat of a demand for bald models, with Eve Savail being the most prominent.
With no hair present, there is more focus on the facial features. It actually amplifies them. If she has beautiful features, it only amplifies the beauty of said features. If not beautiful, then that will be amplified as well. It works both ways.

I think in England, that seems to be where a lot of those bald girls originate .
I must admit those females under cancer treatment look sexy because they show an inner strength and love of life.

Haven't seen too many bald girls, but I don't think they are. That's just my opinion, some people might like bald chicks, you never know.

Bald girls can look very sexy.
But I find that this is usually the case for girls with very feminine and delicate facial features. And of course, the right personality for it.
