hey there ! are there any ways which i can lose weight in a safe and healthy way and is quite fast ?? does not cost much as well ! i'm overweight and have been concerned about my weight !

Losing wieght is very easy, but first you have to know how your body changes and reacts when it has been deinied a certain element of food.
NOw. if you starve your body of Carbs...what Happens???

Weight Watchers is a great program and is offers one @ home. You can even do it yourself (Yahoo Groups online for support and can buy the program on Ebay) ..

Exercise is something you have to do .. check out Walk Away the Pounds (get it @ Walmart typically as well - 15 min walk @ home = 1 miles they can go up to 4 miles)

Drink plenty of water, remove soda intake.

Well, a good thing to do would be to start excercising, maybe going for a jog every day, buy some excercise tapes ( i know this ladies old but Denise Austin is really good), and also start eating healthier, have more vegetables, when you feel like a snack then have some fruit, and so on...

- Eat only good food, and by the schedule
- do not eat in the evening after 8pm
- drink a lot of water
- It'd be good to ski in the mountains for a week. You'll lose 10-20 kilo

where to start

you cant just have a 15 minute solution to losing weight. even if you starve yourself it will take a long time, so dont include fast in your equasion. thats all i gotta say, i've been skinny all my life. 6'0" 130 pounds. what can i say

You can try to change your diet. Steam veggies n fish instead of fry veggies n fish, eat light meal like porridge and soup based noodle n homemade soup.
