Cook it differently and garnish vegetable plates nicely. If this does not work, you can still make them into soup that tastes nice and he won't realize it's a vegetable soup if you blend it and add some cream to it...Try it, it tastes a lot nicer and does not look like a vegetable.

As a child, I never wanted veggies either, but then I was introduced to Broccoli and Cauliflower with cheese sauce which are available in boil bags. Then my parents moved onto butter sauces, and then I even tried vegetables on a tray with dip... Now I'm vegetarian, and don't eat meat, so I guess I've come a long way. This might work for you, since your child likes cheese.

Veggies to most kids are nasty. I remember mom and dad trying to get me to eat string beans and carrots and spinache and the like. To this day, there are only a few that I like. My advice is to maybe try getting a juicer and mixing the nutritious veggies that you want your child to eat with a very sweet and strong tasting fruit like strawberries or pineapple. Don't tell them its veggies. Just ask them to drink their juice.

CUT OUT THE SUGAR than he will actually taste the natural sugars in vegetables and fruit and in time appreciate them also dont overcook veges or they become bland. steam or boil them even adding a LITTLE grated cheese at the end. He will not starve, but you do have to be serious about not giving in to the "I'm so hungry mum" and let him know its your way or the highway. BE CONSISTENT, thats all that matters. its up to you

Cheese sauce, hollandaise sauce, salad dressing, etc. I know it is not to healthy to add all the sauces - but once they start eating the veggies with the sauces it will be easier to gradually get them to eat without sauce. This is how I got my kids to eat veggies.

my mom used to tell me that hominy was pop corn and i ate it ever since. also if he likes cheeses make a lot of your veggies topped with cheese. you can do a lot of veggies with cheese .Broccoli and cheese, cauliflower and cheese. How about sweet stuff? Like yams and brown sugar and marsh mellows? or carrots and brown sugar. these things are still good and kids tend to like them.

My mom used to put veggies in where we couldn't see them. Brocolli soup poureed with cheese or she used to make peaunbutter faces, where the eyes and mouth etc. were green pepper or cucumber etc. Try to make eating them fun, try some different recipes. Pasta noodles that have spinach in them or try spagetti sauce with peppers and carrots etc. sneak them in where you can but engourage them to try new things, make it fun.

Let him help you make it, but make it interesting and a bit different, like maybe with a cheese sauce on it or bake it or something.
Kids usually are so proud of things they do themselves.
