What sales channel are you using?
I recommend the traditional direct selling channel through the medium of the home presentation.
(No, I'm not being sarcastic. You _can_ make money this way, it's just reasonably hard work and takes quite some networking.)
Just wanted to add something - for me, Tupperware sells best when presented. You may be able to buy it ina regular shop, you may be able to buy Tupperware-alike products too.
However, I have never been tempted to buy Tupperware in a shop, but have seen some pieces demonstrated which made me buy them on the spot. For example - there's this really cool little spiining blade slicing thing, which is great when you don't want to get your big, hulking Krups/Kenwood/Miele mixer going!

I don't think too many buy Tupperware anymore...not with Glad ware so cheap! And no one cares if the Glad ware comes back or not (which it usually does!) and Tupperware NEVER gets returned when taking food to another's home. It's not as popular as it once was. I personally haven't purchased Tupperware in YEARS.

yes I buy tupperware, my mom always bought tupperware, I have some tupperware that I have had for 25 years and it is still going strong, nothing else you can get will last that long.

Yes, people buy Tupperware! The problem is that it is so expensive, but I know it lasts seemingly forever. Make sure you blanket your neighbourhood with catalogues and let people know when there are sales.

I don't know of anyone in this area that sells tupperware privately. I still have some of my older stuff, but my favorite is my salad dressing shaker. Still going strong!

Yes, people buy Tupperware. Call xome of your friends and family and ask them if they will host an at home demonstration. That's what gets you started.

Not to discourage you but I can get Rubbermaid or Sterilite from the local discount store and the quality is comparable to that of Tupperware.

We have a house full of rubbermaid it seems, and it was purchased at the grocery store. It's awfully convenient that way, the grocery store is (almost) always open, and some of the rubbermaid stuff we have has lasted over a decade already. I guess I am saying we wouldn't buy rubbermaid.
