1 (8-ounce) can tomato sauce
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
2 tablespoons chopped parsley
Salt to taste
2 tablespoons flour
2 tablespoons water
3 cups mashed potatoes or 1 envelope instant mashed (she recommends
garlic

until
brown, about 5 minutes.
Stir in the tomato sauce, Worcestershire sauce, parsley and salt.
Bring to a
boil.
Blend flour with water, and then blend into the beef mix. Cook and
stir
until it thickens slightly. Pour into 1-1/2 quart casserole.
