People love praying, because they can pretend they are doing something without even getting off their butts and really doing anything.

One man with a shovel can do much more good than a million people praying.

I think if Americans took note of this, they would come a long way toward understanding that it was one small faction that created this horror, not a whole country or a group of countries. This gesture means a lot to me, and I hope it will to others as well.

Good for them. Now if they will do the same thing to remember the Holocaust victims, instead of holding a cartoon contest for Holocaust deniers maybe the rest of the world will cut them slack.

That's honorable and admirable if they're going to pray for all the innocent lives lost (and not just the lives of the terrorists).
