It not good to be either of those as that state not only impacts your life, but those around you as well.

Try to start moderating what you eat....not a diet....just cut one or two things out. That is a great start and a good acheivement. Reward yourself with something non-food, like a massage, a new book, or DVD.

Try to add a few more steps to your day. That will help you to not be obese or fat as well.

But, most of all, respect yourself as a person. Only then will you stop hurting yourself....believe me, I know.

All bodies are different. 10 people weighing 125 pounds can all look so different, it's crazy. As long as you're happy with the way you look and you wear the appropriate fit of clothing, you should look great. Consider yourself thick, not fat or obese. Big is beautiful!

Hell no. Obese is worse-fat. The next step up from that is MORBIDLY obese. That means you just might die of it. As goes, carrying extra weight can endanger your health in later years (diabetes, high blood pressure, heart disease, impaired kidney function). Ask your doctor for advice.

"Fat" is a general term we use to describe anyone who is overwieght. If you are extremely overwieght, it is also referred to as "obese".

If you are an adult you can check your BMI as an approxiamate way of verifying if you are obese of not.

Being obese is very dangerous for your health, whatever your age. You face complications like cardiovascular disease, diabetes, orthopaedic problems and even early death. Try to get advise from your doctor and a nutritionist.
