The "Karma Police" already exist. The chief is GOD himself. Don't want to sound corny, but everything has a cause and effect. Most times when your cause effects someone in a negative way it's just a matter of time before your effect comes back to bite yah. So say the Lord. You reap what you sow!

Peace

Karma police, arrest this man
He talks in maths
He buzzes like a fridge
He's like a detuned radio

Karma police, arrest this girl
Her Hitler hairdo is
