cut up cucumbers, its either that or i buy school lunch which is mystery selection 1. or questionable contents in a bowl for selection 2.

I had a cup of tea, but really I wanted a tuna steak and cheese melt (with mayonaisse) on a lightly toasted soda farl and a small side salad of canelinni beans/lettuce/cherry toms/cucumber/avacado and my special vinnaigrette. Oh well...

I've had a M&S salad bowl with melon, grapes, apple and strawberries and it was awful the melon was hard the strawberries we all squashy so only ate the grapes ..

have had ham salad sandwich with extra salad and a banana. This was wholegrain bread.
If your pasta was white it will not keep you going for long.
