myself ,a similar sufferer got rectified as :
daily night before you sleep , put some water in brass vessel and next day morning as soon as you get up drink it totally without brushing your teeth.Next continue with you routine :
NEVER EVER SKIP BFAST.AVOID DRINKING TEAS AND JUNK FOOD AND PESTICIDES-COKE/PEPSI
Breakfast before 8.30 am:like a king
Lunch : Like a common man before 2.00 p.m
Dinner: like a pauper .no oils, no spicy food , eat fruits before dinner.
Last but not the least , its more psychological and stress related , do early morning yoga or meditation or azaan

I know the feeling very well, been there, doing that. You might need a colon cleanse or get a colonoscopy to check if you have some problem causing IBS. Best thing is ask your doctor what is best for you. I was given medication to take that helped when it was at it's worst. If your doctor can't help you, try alternative medicine or a herbal treatment. I had a parasite living in my colon and after I got rid of it, the IBS has subsided tremendously. I only have occassional bouts now.

my sister in law has this and her 2nd child was born with it.
It is as my sister in law said 'horrendous' so i do sympathise with you.
My s.i.l did tell me that ibs kicks off due to many circumstances such as:
stress levels
diet
smoking
alcohol
my s.i.l has had laser treatment to her back passage about 10 years ago but she still gets outbreaks of ibs.
I suggest you ask your doctor to refer you to a nutritionist and also look at your alcohol intake and if you smoke maybe you need help with this.
Ibs wont go away over night but it can be controlled with the right combination.

From my reading on yeast syndrome, I understand IBS can also be caused by a yeast syndrome (Candida) or a gluten (celiac) intolerance. There is some basic information about yeast syndromes at www.hufa.org.
For info on gluten intolerances, you would have to google for that.

DIGESTROL its a medicine available in overseas, it work best against IBS problem - why can't u try these - u type the name in google search and u get no. of realted site - even i am also suffering from same problem - but i can't get that medicine in India.

Try minimizing the sugar in your diet,especially late at night.
Aloe Vera juice works well . Good Luck

is it change of weather causing it? i fink its lack of water balance in ur body. u need to hydrate ur body in this hot weathr and can cause probs for bowels due t u sweating it out. u need to try diralyte salts (get in chemist for water inbalance and all flavours and u add just 1/4 pack to ur drink and mix) that helps u absorb max water storage in ur body so water is always present. u need good diet but specially water or juices diluted with 1/3 water. it helps and speacilly pineapple juice u get in supermarket and diluted. i have them 4 to 5 times daily. cant live without. fiber to get rid consipation but i fink most problems to do with lack of water in diet.try it and tell me. try for 2 wk reg and email me. wrk for me.
