Your question is a little open-ended but I'll try to help anyway.
First off you say you have an MSN trial box showing. What exactly do you mean by that?

If you mean that MSN messenger is starting everytime you log on to Windows, we can stop that happening quite easily:

1. Open MSN messenger, if it's not already on your desktop.
2. Using the menu along the top of the MSN box, click then .
3. On the left, click on "General".
You should get a list of ticked/unticked options on the right.
4. Untick the "Automatically start MSN Messenger when Windows starts..." option then click .

That should be all you need to do. Try a reboot and see if it returns.

push the start button on the bottom let side of your screen.Go to set program access and defaults.click there. Go to change or remove programs click there when screen changes find the program you want to delete and follow directions from there.
