Can you please let me know where it is that women cycle topless on the public highway, I want to live there.

Because they are not the sharpest tool in the tool box. Wool jersey cycle helmet and special cycling shorts and shoes. Proper attire wicks sweat away to cool and moving walking speed or faster the head injury orthopedic and neurologists love no helmets.

As a long time bicyclist and having cracked two helmets, I refer to the bareheaded idiots as future organ doners.

Because we can. GEE, how long will it take for another nanny law
to be passed "for our own good" banning this practice.
