firstly, make sure you are not doing too much cardiovascular workouts as your body will continue to shrink. when you do only this type of training your body uses fat and glucose for energy. However, when you do not eat enough protein, carbs and fat then your body turns to muscle for energy - i know, unbelievable but true!! this is because your body thinks it'll run out of stored energy (fat). if you incorporate some resistance training into your workout then your muscles will stay toned and strong.
secondly, eat more protein for muscle development, keep your fat intake to a MINIMUM of about 25grams (any less and ur body starts storing fat coz it thinks its starving), & make sure that your total caloric intake is 60% carbohydrates - quickest source of energy for the body.

Increase how much you eat. If you are training a lot need your diet will be very different from that of a normal person.
Try increasing your protein intake in the form of fish, meat, eggs, mushrooms, baked beans, etc. Avoid fatty or fried foods.
Also make sure your get the right amount of vitamins such as Zinc, as these used by your body to turn the proteins into muscle.
Try seeing you doctor and ask for advice.

Stop doing so much cardio Use it as a warm up for weights instead. A 20 Minute uphill walk or a 10 min row should suffice. You have been burning not just fat but muscle also by the sounds of it.

You answered your own question. "i been workin out a bit 2 much."
Slow down on the workouts and continue the intake of number of calories. Try lighter weights and more reps to tone and not muscle up.

Ask at the chemist and get yourself some build up drinks, to have daily, if not ask your doctor to refer you to a dietitian/nutritionist at the hospital, they are very helpful, even if you just see her once, for her to give you some advice.

eat lots of veg and keep up with the exercise. You'll soon regain weight, but it'll be muscle mass rather than fat stores.
