i have a J reg Nissan Micra, 5 door, 988cc, petrol, road tax till January, mot till october, brand new cd system, good condition apart from slight rust on drivers side door. 125, 000 miles. How much should i sell it for?

Its only worth what someone is willing to pay for it,so sit down and figure what you have wrapped into it and ask a price accordingly if they really want it they will ask if you would take less
so I would ask a lil more than what you want so when you bring down the price you actually sell it for what you wanted in the first place.

The MOT really lets down any sort of price.
You would be best taking out the CD player and putting in the standard stereo, if you still have it.
You will not sell this for much more then £50.. if you can get it through an MOT in October you may get £200/£300 ish ... But really dont hold your breath....
Cars lose value the moment they are bought....

Nissans are a pain to appraise. I too have a nissan and have not been able to get a decent offer.

try Kelly's blue book for a good ref.

Look into the local papers, ebay or used car dealers and see what's the going rate.

There is also a sucker born everyday too.

Take the cd system out and sell separate, its worth more than the car is!!!!!

i agree with emma take the cd system out and sell the car on its own,sell car for £300.
