I am a 87 year old grandmother, first of all when I am driving
people flip me off and beep their horns at me a lot, it is getting
worse. My daughter in law is mad at me now, because my
youngest grandson, Dillon, is flipping birds at me now, He is
usually in the car with me, I babysit him all the time.
Could someone tell me if it is against the law to flip me off?
Thank You

Unfortunately, it's not against the law and is actually (since it is not a threat, but rather an expression...can mean OK in European countries) it is protected under the First Amendment (as are some other expressions that I won't mention as I don't want to give you any ideas).

You certainly think and write like an 87-year-old grandmother. You obviously have an excellent fantasy life.

There is no law (that I am aware of anyway) prohibiting the gesture you described in your post. If it offends you (and it probably does, or you would not have asked the question), I recommend you discuss your grandson's behavior with his mother, and do your best to ignore the people who offer said gesture.
