On the basis of what my 'soul' is...No.
The word 'soul' is a translation of the Hebrew word, NEPHESH, which means 'that which breathes'. I breathe, therefore the complete me is my soul.
(Ezekiel 18:4) Look! All the souls—to me they belong. As the soul of the father so likewise the soul of the son—to me they belong. The soul that is sinning—it itself will die.
I can die, So I AM my soul.
And the Devil does exist. My Bible says so, and I can see the effect of his on my world.
(2 Timothy 3:1-7) But know this, that in the last days critical times hard to deal with will be here. 2 For men will be lovers of themselves, lovers of money, self-assuming, haughty, blasphemers, disobedient to parents, unthankful, disloyal, 3 having no natural affection, not open to any agreement, slanderers, without self-control, fierce, without love of goodness, 4 betrayers, headstrong, puffed up [with pride], lovers of pleasures rather than lovers of God, 5 having a form of godly devotion but proving false to its power; and from these turn away. 6 For from these arise those men who slyly work their way into households and lead as their captives weak women loaded down with sins, led by various desires, 7 always learning and yet never able to come to an accurate knowledge of truth.

And just WHERE [?] is the devil?
(Revelation 12:12) On this account be glad, YOU heavens and YOU who reside in them! Woe for the earth and for the sea, because the Devil has come down to YOU, having great anger, knowing he has a short period of time.”

Sell my soul = sell me into slavery in everlasting pain, and never see God in the face.

Tough one to put a price on, that is.

Think I'll go with God on this one and say: No.

Nope, Christ bought it. For a very high price. It now belongs to Him.
