Freeze individual servings. As far as knowing if it's still good or not, the nose knows.

intil it gets hard and wierd looking. I store mine in a zip lock bag so no air can get in. Turkey bacon is really dry so it dries out really fast in the fridge. I would say no more than a week.

Read the expiration date on the package and use as a guide. If it looks funky, smells funky it will taste funky, too!
After opening, freeze the remainder, sealing properly, and remove from freezer when you want to use it.
