I feel very sorry for the victims that lost their life on that horrible day, but I am tired of watching the scene over and over again.

The Powers that be are merely re-imprinting the hypnotic programming of that fateful day. the embedded suggestability is wearing off too many people. I too hate to keep watching this and yet having the media utterly fail to address the still remaining unanswered questions of that day.the ones that where not addressed by the official conspiracy theory.

Now I am not in favour of, nor do I believe in any of the currently popular conspiracy theories surrounding these evil attacks, but all that would be needed is some simple answers and maybe we could all move on.

For example, show us the original, untampered flight manifests of that day that have the Hijackers names on them, (something that has not appeared in the last 5 years) , and any and all videos of the hijackers coming aboard the aircraft. 2 show us the video that clearly shows the Flight 77 airliner flying into the pentagon. (again not appeared in 5 years) Show us how Bush saw the first plane hit the WTC before he went into the classroom? It was not on television anywhere that day for a further 7 hours. Show us how, exactly, small fires alone can bring down a 47 story Building as happened to WTC 7. No aircraft involved., tell us why the General in charge of NORAD
on that day was promoted to joint Chiefs of staff? and not repremanded or fired? what was Dick Cheney doing that day running simultaneus 'drills' ones that had US fighters over Alaska instead of over the eastern USA. What happened to Andrews AFB that day?

Personally I find it desgusting that the Administration is using the deaths of thousands to keep pushing it's utterly stupid, pointless and unwinnable war on terror. Unfortunately and very very sadly it is a fact that the US has never been less popular, or that al queda has never been more popular, if that is a success, then I would hate to see failure.

As a person who loves the USA and it's people, I am very saddened to see how utterly stupid and brainless the Administration has been in deraling with Islamic fundamentalism. A kind of fundementalism that was naturally dying out under the wieght of it's own contradictions, until the west gave them a very potent enemy to fight and unite against.

Like a chinese finger trap, the more you fight terrorism with guns and bombs, the tighter you become cought in terror's grip.

That so many people fail to grasp this simple and obvious concept is greatly dissapointing.

As a conservative myself, I am distressed that Conservatism has become a cover for utterlly mindless and slavish adherence to a very faulty administration. even to the point that they are blaming Clinton and the liberals.

To MotherBear: Aaron Tippin sang that song. It was being played on the country music station on my way to work this morning.

Now, for my answer to this question. No, I'm not tired of watching the footage from September 11, 2001. I think it needs to be rammed down everyones throats here in the U.S. every single day, because I am so tired of all of the U.S. CITIZENS who bash our own country. I was in the Navy, deployed in the Mediterranean, when those two planes crashed into the Twin Towers. We were outside working when someone came running out and gathered us all up to go in and watch what was happening on TV. Navy ships get satellite tv underway. I remember everything that happened vividly, just like everyone else. But too many people have forgotten, or don't care. If you're not heartbroken about what happened on this day five years ago, then don't spew your apathy and uncaring on those of us who do care. And if you're not proud to be an American, then get the hell out.

You have the option to turn the t.v. off or change the channel. You don't have to sit there and watch the footage if you don't want to.
I don't think anyone, besides the terrorist, are getting joy out watching those images replayed, but I think many people need to be reminded of what happened that day. We feel it's depressing and sad to watch, but unlike the victims that were killed that day, at least we can watch. And tomorrow on September 12th, we will all go back to our normal lives and wait for the next anniversary of 9/11, maybe occasionally talking about it here or there over the next year, but the victims families will still be grieving tomorrow and for the rest of their lives. 9/11 doesn't ever end for them.

Hell No. They should play it more often. I never want to forget or allow anyone else to never learn how a bunch of crimanals attacked the trade center and killed people from 86 different countries, attacked the pentagon, or how they were defeated by a plane full of average Americans. If all people onboard those planes had known what the Terrorist plans were, I beleive none would have reached their target. Americans are not sheep and we will never allow a crime of this type to go unpunished. I hope we track down every person who had anything to do with this and kill them reguardless of collertal damage.

Wadham In New Zealand seems to think all americans are selfish .I lost a childhood friend that day ... Our Government is screwing us by missrepresenting us . I was in Somalia in 1993, my dad was In Vietnam . I was attached to the 10th mountain div / Civilian affairs . When I got home , I realized how great it is to live here , and nobody even knew it happened . You are pinned inside a crumbling building over night with a handfull of other soldiers . We lost 19 souls .My dad was spit on when he came home in 1967, he flew a Huey in the 1st air cav , a medivac , never killed anybody . When I think of that day ,remembering my friend that was on the 103rd floor of the south tower , they were told to stay by the security ...I do think we will remember . Ill never forget , and I will not shut up .Go to Manhattan and visit Engine 7 ladder 1 , tell one of those firefighters you are sick of seeing it ...you might want to purchase medical benefits first .If they show the WTC burning and falling on TV , and it turns you off , turn the tv off .

yeah I'm a bit sick of it being rammed down my throat, I have aswered a simalair question and so many people out there diagree with that comment in the fact of,Ok sure it's the day and aniversery of the twin towers, but that's where Americans think they are the best and have to be out spoken,no-one from my country gets pampered by any other country on the day of rememberance over here on which a lot of people have lost lives and so on,sure there was a lot more people involved in that and send shock waves through your body, but the world dosen't revolve around America!!! and just so all of the others know I'm from New Zealand,we have trajoties too,but we didn't start anything, right? I mean we won't even let a nuclear ship in our waters, why? because all they are is a battle feild and nuclear where we are clean and friendly and help out when we can but never are we pampered when it comes to some certain aniversery dates. I havn't looked at the stats but I bet there are just as many people getting killed in America at the moment as the twin towers on that day, or some of those 3rd world county's.
Think of others as well and not just for yourselfs. The world doesn't know of my lose in the past but do they reackonize the day bring flowers to me,put it on world wide news? No. **** America,**** Bin Larden and **** all that **** they go on and on about, sure we all know about WW2 and the rest but WW3 is going to start soon if nothing settles down, and if Lardin is still alive I also bet you he is having a toast on this day in other way's than the rest of mankind.,I also disagree with the other comment as it was on T.V over here before the second tower got hit.

I have to agree with allot of these answers. But some people like myself are very emotional about tragedies. I do not sit and dwell about day to day, but when the anniversary comes around I sit and pray for the families that lost loved one, young and old. Yes tomorrow will come and we will live on. But I think we need to remember all the families that are affected by it and not ourselves.

Tired, no! we must never forget the events on the terrible day.
the networks should be required to show these events on every anniversary to remind the "do-gooders" that the event actually took place and well as telling the victims family's that we all remember

Tired? Yes, of the official prpaganda line fed to the public day in day out. The true questions regarding 9/11 are still being avoided by the media.

It is like a science fiction movie when you see the images. Unbelievable. It is just five years ago, like it happened yesterday and it was caught live on camera, that's the difference. That is why it is broad-casted so many times.
