after the body is buried, they r attacked by bacterias and other parasites and other microorganisms.these organisms convert the complex body into much simpler form .this is the first stage.in the second stage the above simpler form is converted into much simpler form so that the body is converted into salts like calcium and obtain their nutrition.

Some people believe that if you are a saint, your body doesn't rot. There are many on display in in churches in Italy.
However it depends on how you were embalmed, if your body stays preserved for a much longer period of time and the coffin you are buried in, how air tight it is, how long the body stays "intact" without rotting. Eventually most bodies will rot and all that will remain is skeletons.

Depends:
Some dead bodies are eaten by animals, some are burned to ash, some are burried and plants get the food, if you are rich you get concrete cemetry and the body will become skeltons, If it is of a beutiful girl , the necrophiles like to take it out and rape it.(Kidding)

1) They all 'sleep' there till 'Quyaamat' and then wake up and stand in the line for the judement before god.
2) The bodies are eaten by various insects, creatures, bacteria, etc. and their elementory particles are seperated and become the parts of other things.

these are eaten by Eagles if left on earth or bacteria if under ground or burnt if these belongs to different Indian Religions or Eaten by Fishery deptt if death is due to drowning ......
