TRY THIS:

1. Write down what is making you miserable.
2. Categorize them by "I can change" and "I can't change"
3. Accept those that you've written under the "I can't change" column.
4. Work on the things that you can change and move from there.

ALL THE BEST.

If none of the above work then remember it's 9/11 and there are thousands and thousands if not millions of people feeling just the way you're feeling today...so just share in that, have a good cry and pray for those souls who should still be here and pray for them and for youself too, that you are still here to feel miserable.

wherever you are in the world you can feel miserable, depressed, genrally out of sorts. So go on an imaginery journey to Africa, America, Alaska, China go wherevery you want in safety.
If you don't like the idea of travel mabey you want to dance/sing/on stage do it by imagining that and feel as you do now. I will tell you this kind of time out will lessen the miserables.

A great way to get the endorphin levels up is exercise...makes you feel great about yourself and for some reason leaves you feeling a strange sort of happy! If that fails then turn to the chocolate ;)

Count your blessings! I'm sure if you think about it, there are things that are wonderful about your life. Maybe not today, but there's always tomorrow. In the meantime, share a smile, tell a joke, help someone with a small task. When I help others, it always makes me feel better. SMILE, IT DOES GET BETTER!
