Why do i get black lines at the start of DV cassette ?

i have already used the head cleaner but the lines do not go.

How long have you been using the same DV cassette, coz they are same as audio tapes. They deteiorate in quality after a few usages, try using a new tape. If still doesn't work then there is some fault with the camcorder which you may not be able to fix.
