What are the bad effects of red bull, if any? Is there a limit to how many you should drink at once? Is there any negative effects if you drink it regualry (each day or every week..etc).....and etc various information on the drink please...thanks

One Redbull contains the equivalent of a liter of coffee.

The caffine is Red Bull is less then an 8 oz cup of coffee, however, the other ingredents in it are things that also make you hyper. There is a definate crash when you stop drinking it after a few hours.

I have heard of at least 3 deaths associated with red bull. I think one college kid drank 3 before a game and died of a heart attack. I would have to look it up again. there were also 2 others that drank more than one and died. I belive a kid at a party.

A gang of us went away a few years ago and we all drank red bull and vodka, the next day we were all in bits, serious palpitations and not very nice feeling. Your wee stinks of it and it empties your wallet big style!
Haven't drank it since.

i reckon there arent too many bad effects. theres the sugar rush, then ofcourse the needing to use the loo consistently and i reckon it might not be too good for your system to be constantly adding caffine and or sugar to it. i think itt could get addictive.

over drinking anything can be harmful i like cocoa tequila and tequila rose i gotta be really care ful im 5ft2 91 pounds and when that stuff hits me im like whoa......

i worked in hospitality and we drank it with oj. coffee has a better effect
