Cows milk is not bad, if it was bad, it would not be in the shops and milk men would not deliver it!
Some people, however, can not digest the lactose enzyme milk contains and it gives them stomach upset, so they turn to milk alternatives like soya milk, rice milk etc.
There is milk that has the lactose enzyme removed and replaced with another enzyme that can be digested by people with milk intolerrance. Its called Lacto Free milk.

If your LACTOSE INTOLERANT it could be BAD for you If you get Milk From a Sick cow The Milk is NOT HEALTHY. But on Normal people it's like help to recieve more nutrients for our body. Some people drink milk twice or more to get more nutrients.

It depends on who you are and your ethnic background.
A lot of people from African origins can be lactose intolerant so it can be bad for them.
But people of white European origin are more likely to be OK with cow's milk.

erm i don't think so! as told as the milk has been pasturised (spell?) and stuff i'm sure its healthy!
milk is good for you! it keeps ur bones and teeth nice and strong and it boosts ur immune system.

yes its really bad actually - it has been used by the bovine government for centurys to weaken people ready for when they take over.
