Can we judge ourselves but not each other, how do we help each other if we do not draw conclusions and when is a conclusion not a judgement. Bible says to exhort one another ie. christians, it says let no man despise you, it says rebuke, admonish, exhort, when do we and how. i'd like some gay replies as well.

This is the part you need to understand, "one another", meaning other christians. This does not mean you have the right to run around judging non-christians. Actually, you don't have the right to judge christians either, its a wording thing. What it means is that if another christian is doing something you deem wrong, you should discuss it with them, but it doesn't mean you will ever have the abiltiy to judge anyone. This is where a lot of us run into problems, misunderstanding the fact that we're not the judge because of that particular passage. Translations of the original texts is what messed this up, giving christians the wrong idea. There is only one judge, and you're not Him.

We are to judge the actions of others just not the person, that is up to God. We can tell by others actions where they stand. If a person is kind yet firm about their beliefs, their faith is usually pretty strong. If they are weak and unsure they need a boost from us to get their faith firmed up. I am glad that that the Bible says let no man despise you and I believe that has to be christians, for many people willdespise you for stand for God and usually willnot be Chrisitians.

JUDGE NOT LEST YE BE JUDGED!

This line from Matthew (7:1) refers to judgements like "you're going to hell" and "you're a sinner" and "that's blasphemy" all of which are, according to Jesus, ungodly.

So, know, making a harsh judgement upon the homosexual community will NOT help you get into heaven. Of course, who am I to judge?

Why is it the Bible has to come into almost everything for some people? It's a book, written by men. If it's so good, why don't you go by what Shakespeare, for instance, says? (Just for a change).

I don’t think telling our sisters and brothers what they’ve done is wrong should be considered as judging someone one. If we know for a fact that murder is wrong and we know and have witnessed that our brother committed murder, then it is our duty to obey the law and put them to justice. The Bible does tell us what is right and what is wrong.
