Taking vitamin supplements helps.. Usually cold and stress causes early greying of hair.. so do meditation to relax and take care of cold/sinus.
too much Vit.C also caused greying..
Eating fresh fruits and veggis will keep you in good health and improve the general health.. and hence prevent greying..

There is no one remedy for premature greying.. its ur overall health that is to be taken care of to avoid that.

Ha, ha, ha, ha. Try dealing with it. Nothing you eat is going to change anything with your hair. Ask anyone who has been through it. Dye is the only thing that will change hair color at present. They myths of certain foods curtailing white (grey) hair is just that. Myths. You are ageing. Deal with it on a one on one basis. If you get to a stage that you need to dye your hair then do it if you feel better about it. Just choose the right hair color. I laugh when I see the coal black hair dye job that looks like an Elvis impersonator, especially when there are white roots showing through. Lame.
