None of them!! Use Clairol Herbal Essence shampoo fruit fusions. It has the nicest smell and it is really good for your hair. I am 44 and no gray and good hair. I have always used it.

Hi,I dont use head and shoulders as it makes my scalp worse as it has too much of a strong scent to it, But before i realised this was making my scalp worse i use to use the normal one in silky smooth, but the citrus does smell refreshing. But whatever you prefer is the best one for you.

I'd be careful w/ H&S, I've been to training and was told that after using that shampoo for a long period of time can cause thinning or balding.
