I've been suspended twice.

They delete my questions and sometimes my answers too.

I would like to know the same thing. I asked a question that wasn't that offensive & I really wanted to get some genuine answers but they deleted it saying it was offensive. I have looked through many of the questions they have had posted on here & found a lot more that are offensive.
