i just bought a delonghi cappucinno maker, the one with milk tank and emulsifier.how do i make the milk froth?

also what makes a good cappucinno and what milk should i use? how does espresso differ from cappucino?

followed d manual.milk doesn't froth properly.it HAS a separate milk tank with an emulsifier.
