There are a lot of different ways to do it.

For example, someone with a heavy New York accent would probably say "pawty." Some people say partay. And that annoys me.

The most common way I've heard is "pardy" or "party", depending on how much they care about the letter 'T'.

somewhere between par-tee and paw-dee depending on where you're from.
All are acceptable pronunciations but 'standard' (news reader)pron. is closer to the first one.

par tee, although there are some who want to seem affected who mispronounce is pah tay. They sound stupid not sophisticated.
