I'd got for the lamb and mint burgers. Or option 1 without the black pudding, how can you eat that, it tastes like sucking on 2p coins.

Go for the first one but may I suggest adding thinly sliced gazzele or maybe a sacred creature of some kind. The more rare the animal the nicer the sarnie will taste. Also dont forget the ketchup!

Baked French Toast
Submitted by: Laura
"I got this recipe from my sister in law. She and my brother had it at their gift opening after the wedding. I make it any time we have people staying with us, and it is always a hit. You may sprinkle the top with pecans if you wish."
Original recipe yield: 12 servings.
Prep Time:15 MinutesCook Time:40 MinutesReady In:15 Hours Servings:12 (change)
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------
INGREDIENTS:
1 (1 pound) loaf French bread, cut diagonally in 1 inch slices
8 eggs
2 cups milk
1 1/2 cups half-and-half cream
2 teaspoons vanilla extract
1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
3/4 cup butter
1 1/3 cups brown sugar
3 tablespoons light corn syrup
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------
DIRECTIONS:
Butter a 9x13 inch baking dish. Arrange the slices of bread in the bottom. In a large bowl, beat together eggs, milk, cream, vanilla and cinnamon. Pour over bread slices, cover, and refrigerate overnight.
The next morning, preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). In a small saucepan, combine butter, brown sugar and corn syrup; heat until bubbling. Pour over bread and egg mixture.
Bake in preheated oven, uncovered, for 40 minutes.

1.Why the sandwich ?
2.Burgers? Burgers of Calais maybe?
3.Rösti is made from potatoes. It's a Swiss dish. I think you mean potato hash or hash-browned potatoes. Giving it a fancy name doesn't make it taste better.
4. Why not? All these cooked breakfasts are just cholesterol on a plate.

Why not try a much simpler breakfast than what you mentioned
with your question.
I think for breakfast, I'll go for scrambled eggs, 2 pieces of
sliced, toasted bread and a glass of tomato juice or just plain cold milk.
