it's the same as someone constantly repeating "uh" and "um" while speaking. They can't think of the word they want to use, so they plug in some nonsense to fill the gap. It means nothing at all. They might as well be silent.

"take it easy" usually means relax & stop worrying
"I'll love you and leave you" appears to be a way of saying "go away and leave me alone" without causing offence. A "copout"

take is easy usuall means something to the effect of calm down or take it slow or chill out

love you and leave you is often a slang term meaning, "i'll be with you in a sexual way and then forget you"

"I'll love and leave you": means I love you, but wont bother you..will stay away from you
