Zero is a great place to start and this is the best time to do. Be encouraged because I read this great article on this neuro surgeon who did not start medical school until she was 38. She had also had a hard life and was not able to go to college until she was 30. You are still young, keep going.

Hi. Of course you still have time. Time isn't your problem. All you need is a plan. If you are at "zero" in your life then you have no where to go but up! Just decide what would help you get started and where you want to go. Then get going, one step at a time.

All you got to do is stop whining & go do what ever you want to within your means at this time. Reach for something else as time permits if you desire.
