Do they sub-conciously want to watch us and take a sadistic, guilty pleasure in torturing themselves in trying to judge us?
Do they secretly want to BECOME us and hate us for not having the confidence to be confidently gay themselves?

It's the authoritarian mindset: Everything not forbidden is compulsory & everything not compulsory is forbidden. They live in an world of ideals (not ideas, ideals) and have a problem with things that don't fit into their neat idealistic view of the universe. Sometimes they are merely blind to such things, as in the case of many abortion foes. No matter how often you remind them that unwanted pregnancy WILL happen, they harp back to the ideal world where only people who want children engage in sex. Sometimes the reaction goes far beyond mere blindness to outright fear and loathing, as in the case of homosexual activity. These people believe with all their all thier hearts that they have only two options. Either the ideal construct must be maintained intact, and anything that threatens that construct must be destroyed, or at least neutralized. Or "Everything I know is wrong" a position few adults can or will embrace.
Consider that these people feel threatened by ANY sexuality -- these are the folks who pass laws against possession of sex toys.

As for me, i fear for those gays influence, Gay PR. has swung soo fast, its been like a campaign. Christians are about savin souls ie. saving lives, the devil is a beast prowling like a roaring lion seeking whom he may devour. I seek the Lord and every day the devil flees from me. Christians stand up against those who encourage lifestyles that condemn the souls of the innocent, the bible says stand up for the weak. Gays cannot gay me, but others have not had the Christian foundation, experience i have had. A lot of Gays are not open about the issues of homosexuality as they do not want to stop bein gay even if it will save there lives. Its like deaf people WANTING deaf kids... How can you want that inflicted on your child, they should want hearing kids, where is the love.

I do not know why they are always thinking about Gay people. They sure do put a lot of energy towards it. There are many taboos in the Bible that they themselves commit but when it comes to homosexuality they get obsessed. So obsessed I would imagine they themselves might have homosexual tendencies that they are ashamed of.

That is yet another ego trip on the part of homosexuals.
For the most part Christians point out that, according to the Bible, homosexuality is an abomination and that those who indulge in it won't be going to heaven, or wherever.
And that isn't the same thing at all.

Alot of them are trying to battle their own feelings of homosexual. Usually the ones that hate it so much are jealous in some weird way that some gay men ca be out. They live in fear and hide, and they are dissatisfied inside because they ignore their homosexual feelings. SO we become and object of thier envy and hate!
Other are just plain ignorant and want to save the world. When they should realize only od can do that!

Why are gay men obsessed with worrying about what the Bible thumpers think? Are you worried that you may be an Eskimo? Of course not, because you don't believe you are. But if you are an Eskimo and loath the thought of it and find it humiliating to be so.....then peoples opinions crush you.

I Do not know the answer, yet i have wondered that myself, in fact, i have often thought and said,
there are so many sins, commandments, etc, and why some preachers are hung up on that issue.. they should mind ltheir own business, and like GOD SAY: JUDGE NOT,,
Something really bothers them.. and that is the bandstand they want to jump on..
think of this,...PLEASE. don't become like them in reverse
just ignore them..
don't focus on the thing you dislike, it is better to focus on the good things, and good thoughts that concern you..
(like people like me)LOL
anyway, remember that there will always , ALWAYS, be people in the world, who look for a reason to "be offended"
IT IS BETTER NOT TO BE ONE,,
and focus on what you want, and not on what you don't want,, and ignore the Christians who..set an example that make us "good christians" Look bad,
If you let them get to you, you are letting the, live "rent free" in your head.

They are brainwashed in to thinking anything outside of their so called "norms" is unacceptable by God. Allot of them also think the war in Iraq is God's Holy War. It's ludicrous to attempt and reason with unreasonable people.
