you need to meditate and ascend to the third doorway of your higher self
next try to focus your chakra on breaking through the negative energy that your higher self is holding on too
you may need some anthricite crystals to help you

Old soul vs new soul is a misnomer. Because time isn't real in eternity. The same is also true of soulmates and twinflames or whatever. Because your most evil enemy and the most wicked and cruel person on earth may be (in this life time). Like anyone they have their own Karma to work through also. What if it were true in heaven you have a soulmate, and that the two of you agreed for the common good of each of your Karma's they be the person that mercilessly tortures and abuses you in their basement for years when you find them in this life? Let all things be as they are and don't manipulate the cosmos. The cosmos can take care of it self.
