Spiders do not cause flatulence, which means passing gass or farting. However, pull your pants down, fart really hard and at the same time light it with a lighter, and the spiders will run away when they see the mega-torch emanating from your buns!

Hope what you are talking of is Flatulence :
(flat·u·lence) (flat¢ul[schwa]ns) [L. flatulentia] the presence of excessive amounts of air or gas in the stomach or intestine, leading to distention of the organs. May also cause bloating. The act of releasing (adj: farting) through the anus.
Details:
Flatulence is a mixture of gases that are produced by symbiotic bacteria and yeasts living in the gastrointestinal tract of mammals, and aerosolized particles of feces, and it is released under pressure through the anus with a characteristic sound and odor. Flatulence in its verb form is called flatulation or to flatulate is known colloquially as farting, but some people find the word fart offensive and will use a euphemism as an alternative. Most animals, birds, fishes and insects also fart.

Flatulence just means farting! And I have no idea what a spider does to your digestive system....but if all you get is a little gas...then I think you're going to live. :)

This is the scientific word for fart, gas, but bubble etc. I doubt youll get gas from eating a spider though you may get very sick or develop a yearning to eat flies. :-)

You really are very young, aren't you? "Flatulence" is the polite term for those gases abruptly emitted from your bottom at times, usually great source of laughter for little boys.

WIND - the bodily kind (from the bottom)!
Chicken makes you windy, so I can't see why spiders wouldn't as long as they are big spiders.
