Listen, i know that is hard.. i'm just passing through the some now and after lots of braking ups i learned from a friend something that is really helping this time... don't try to avoid think of him... if you have to think, if you want to cry, if you want t talk about him just do it... i know that sounds crazy and totally against all we think is right but is working with me... still hard and painfull but i don't know is not a ghost anymore... i put it out and after i;m ok... when comes back i don't hold i just feel and put out again... and time is passing and is getting wicker and wicker till one day (i hope) will be just a memory... hope you will get over it, just don't silence your heart... love is the most important feel we have... take care... You cannot forget him. You can only put him far away in your mind if you fill yourself with new activities on the times you normally met with him. Attend fellowship meetings in the evenings you normally went out together and attend Prayer Night Vigils on the nights you slept together. Develop a new life style or move to another part of town. All these may reduce the rate at which you remember him; but if you are meant to be together, your paths will still cross again!

how do you forget about anything? keep yourself busy, get out and do more, meet new people and try not to have too much contact with your ex! it will only make you confused and then you are back where you satred again!!! good luck x
