Yes, if you are speeding your are still breaking the law. If you got pulled over then you were just the unlucky one that they caught, they can't pull everyone over.

I dont know about everywhere else but i know in the state of Tn if you get pulled over and were actually going with the flow of traffic and the officer doesnt try to pull anyone else over that was in front of you or behind you then you can go to court and fight it and most judges here will throw the ticket out.

Yeah, I was going 65 mph on a 55 mph freeway in Oakland, Ca, four lanes each direction. I got pulled over by a CHP guy. I wasn't driving unsafely at 10 mph over the limit, maybe the cop targeted me cause I was a young (19) unthreatening looking type and he needed to fill his monthly quota of tickets.

Yup! I wizzed by as CHP was getting on the freeway, putting him directly behind me. The flow was with me, but I was immediately accessible to him. Easy prey so to speak.

If law enforcement has a driver stopped and you don't reduce your speed significally and try to move over a lane, they have stopped what they were doing to go after those drivers. Please be safe and courteous. I think it's a law now.
