ive got the worst n naughtiest partner in class he keeps disturbing me
n looking into my books
i asked my teascher to change him but she said no
i was sitting with my best friends

I see in your Q&A this is your third time asking help...
Is this still about the first time you asked help?
About your father doesn't let you email your friends???
If it is...
Make some kind of deal with your dad... Like as him if you can be on the computer for an hour or 2... And you do something in return... Like do dishes, clean your room, get grosery or something else to help your dad out...
I don't know are you still going to school???
Maybe he wants you to do your home work first before you take place in front the computer...
Just a thought...
