It depends on the culture and how they were brought-up. if they are of western cultural origin (not necessarily white)), they most probably have fasten their seat belt, not because they are some superior or what, just because that has become a habit, and they actually are crazed by these habits of th western world, if they did not put it they would be able to help the crazyness.. If they are not, they won't fasten it, because they hate western traditions, discipline and everything imposed by its culture... so they don't...

Most people who are bad are caught for doing some thing stupid and being done for a petty crime, which the leads the police to the big one. It's a £50 on the spot fine, for not having your seat belt on.

Yes. They are such impressionable twats they probably don't realise the full extent of what will happen to them.
Remember some prat of a mullah who abuses he's position in the community has got them to carry out these atrocities because he is too scared to do so himself and would not have explained the tremendous energies involved in using explosives. He would have just told them that they will get hundreds of hairy virgins after the event.

They fasten their seat belts because they want to obey the driving laws, and be good law-abiding citizens, I guess. LOL!

thats a bit like the two irish bombers.....
both sat in the car, the one with the bomb on his lap turns to the one driving and says:
