Erm. Depends on what I am wearing. If it's a skirt of sufficient length and it's a short while... I can do without panties quite all right. I wouldn't want to be without panties but with tight trousers, though, that would be very uncomfortable... the seam, you know.
I prefer keeping my bras on, most of the time. I am well-enough endowed to present a very distracting front when I am walking, if I haven't got bras on (it's still distracting with bras on, and it even takes my friends a while to realize I am without a bra, but... wobble we do, however firm!)

I dont wear panties most of the time to begin with....and i dont have much for a chest seeing as how i weight 80 some lbs....so to me either way is fun as long as your not hangin all out.

Let's face it, bras actually serve a purpose.
Pants (for girls & boys), what do they actually do except make us sweat? As long as you know how to put jeans & trousers in a washing machine and switch it on, why bother? Especially in the summer!
Oh, and ANY question that starts "Girls only..." is bound to get us men on the scene!

Definitely panties for me...my girls feel so much better strapped in...their big girls and have a mind of their own. They smile at people and pretend to be cold when they aren't, so they need discipline...can't have them running around freely....lol
