does all plasma tv have wifi
to be used to open a movie from the pc

Actually very few plasmas have wi-fi, it's a rare feature upto now and only some LCDs support it too.
The thing is it's kind of cumbersome using wireless when wired connections have (upto now) superior bandwidth(especially with HDMI,etc.)
Maybe with wireless N (i.e. 802.11n) this feature shall become standard.
