Chocolate with high cocoa content has alot of antioxidant, but generally, it should be eaten in moderation.
Good for the heart while you eat it, bad for the heart after that.

I heard chocolate is an aphrodisiac along with it gives you energy and it is a mood stimulator. Only if eaten in moderation. Too much of anything is bad, right?

Probably small amounts? But as far as I know, chocolate has "bad for health" written all over it. It contains a lot of sugar and fat/saturated fat. A lot of it is definitely bad for, and can cause many diseases, especially diabetes (if you really eat that much along with other sugary stuff).
