You might want to track down your family tree for this problem. There is a good number of us who are "blessed" with a higher metabolism rate. Meaning your body burns up fats faster than an average person. If that's the case, no matter how you eat,you will remain slim. In fact, that's a dream for every overweight person.
Unfortunately,I am not one of them and I gain weight rather fast by eating supper everyday. In a month,I could gain 5kg. Try that way and see if it helps.
But whatever it is, gain weight the right way and healthy way. You will want to gain body mass and not body fats now. Best solution is to look for a nutritionist to work out a good diet for you to gain weight gradually.
All the best!

You could have a high metabolism, or perhaps you are too active. If you want to gain weight then eat foods high in calories, and avoid too much excercise. Excercise enough to keep your muscles strong, otherwise you will be unable to do anything. An adult female should look to eat 2000 kcal a day, or maybe it is cals...
In any case change your diet accordingly, perhaps to 2500? ( the reccomended calory intake for an adult male ).
Don't eat and eat and eat if it doesn't work. Instead change what you eat.
Don't forget that you might just be naturally a low weight.

If you are eating a well balanced diet-including protien, fruit and vegetables, then don't start stuffing yourself full of junk to try to put on weight. If you are worried, see a doctor. When I was your age I too was underweight but unfortunately its the reverse now. Its your age and your metabolism I suspect. Do you actualy look thin? Different people are built differently and their of lots of factors to take into account. Are you active? Burning off the calories? If you are, don't stop-its normal. What were your parents like at your age-other relatives? I doubt you have a problem, other than worrying about it. It doesnt sound too bad to me I was little more at your age and everybody told me how thin I was and tried to worry me. Ive looked back at the photos over the years-truth is, they were jealous. See you doctor if you are realy worried but talk to your Mum.

Weight train and increase the amount of protein in your diet.
Do three 30-40 min. full body weight training workouts a week.
Eat lots of chicken breast, turkey breast, lean beef, tuna, eggs, milk, and especially whey protein.
Always have a whey protein shake after every workout!
If you do this for six months you will notice a significant amount of muscle gain.
Since you are a women you will not increase in size that much, you do not have the hormones necessary to gain tremendous amount of muscle, but you will weight more and look bigger.
