Eat 3 well balanced meals a day. And work out 3 times a week for 30 to 60 minutes. And avoid to many sweets, and in between snacking. This has always worked for me.

Don't think of your weight as a number. It really is a range between 3-5 pounds. Depends upon how much you ate and drank that day. If you had a bowel movement, or it might be your period.

NEVER EVER SKIP UR BREAKFAST & DINNER
if u do so ur BMR will rise which wil lead to increase in weight
eat but at de same time work out also
try 2 control ur tendency of eating in between meals instead hv water whn u feel hungry
