Pagans aren't into human sacrifice. You're just commenting on something you don't understand.

Ewwww! The immediate answer is NO!
Most pagans I know would not even countenance the concept of such a sacrifice (leaving out the question as to whether the extracted tissue is a human being or not). Almost all would not even begin to make a comparison between the Triune Goddess (who is usually considered a force for life) and Moloch (who usually isn't).
I don't know what your belief system is but I think you need to do a lot more research on pagans and what they believe. "The Spiral Dance" by Starhawk is one of the better books at an introductory level. Any of Starhawk's other works will also help give a better idea as to the basics.

A late term abortion is just that. A late term abortion. It is not a sacrifice. The Goddess doesn't demand sacrifice and I don't know who the hell Moloch is.
A pregnant woman is the Image of the Mother Goddess on Earth. Pregnancy is a gift. The ability to create another life is a gift granted by Gaia to Her Children when She freed Her children from Her womb and stripped Her mate of His power, thus transferring it to Her children and Her children's children (and thus creating the One who inspires creation through passion.)
Thus, in no way would an aborted fetus be an acceptable gift to the Mother Goddess, but rather an insult. Nor would it be acceptable to any of Her children, nor Aphrodite, it would be an insult. Offering a fetus to one of them would be like Butch in Pulp Fiction smashing his gold watch with a hammer and sending it to his mom for Mother's Day with a pretty red ribbon.
To refuse the gift is one thing. To send it back destroyed is quite another.

No it would not bring prosperity it wouldn't bring anything but sadness form the Goddess, and I am unfamiliar with Moloch so I have no opinion about that one. Aside from that dude you need help, serious psychiatric help, and I mean it.

Well, there are some pretty horrible people out there under the term "pagan," so yes, I guess it would be possible.
Pagans, like anyone else, are completely responsible for their own acts. Using a religion as an excuse to do something horrible does not work.
The witches all know the rede: What you do returns to you threefold. Now, doing good is obviously the response to that. But when you do harm, how do you know what form the three-fold harm will take? Maybe something nasty enough to kill you.
But to do JUSTICE, you must know you are right, as this too returns three-fold.

It wouldn't meet the requirements of a child sacrifice ceremonially speaking. Besides, there is contradiction in your question. Pagans do not believe in new life until birth. I do not believe you are of pagan beliefs. Why would you ask such a question?

I can't believe I actually took the time to answer your other question seriously. What a waste of my time, knowing your just a hateful bigot (I'm sure Jesus LOVES hate...and bigots, keep that up!)
If you knew the slightest and I meant SLIGHTEST thing about Pagans, you'd know that they dont sacrifice anything ever. But I guess if you learn everything from a Chick tract, that's what you get-ignorance.
You give Christians a bad name and I actually feel for them right now, knowing they take the brunt of mean comments aimed more at people like you.

Anyone that practices Wicca can tell you there are no sacrifices!! Understand!!! Animal sacrifices are common in ATR's (African Traditional Religions). Even then we eat the animals that are being sacrificed. Nothing is wasted and people are never ever ever sacrificed.

I don't know, why did the Christians steal all the pagan days of celebration and build their churches right over the tops of ancient pagan sites I wonder...
