First you need to see if you can be enrolled as a tribal member. That is a matter of Indian law. Tribal benefits may (indeed, will) follow. You should be able to get more info from the tribal authorities.
Second, if you were his dependent or are a minor or student you may be entitled to Social Security benefits.
If your Dad was a member of a state-law tribe and not a federally-recognized one, your rights are different (and less valuable).
