Do leg lifts and squats. Leg lifts can even be done while laying on the floor. Adding ankle weights will be more effective.

To be honest, you should really be asking yourself serious questions if you are trying to lose weight without doing any work. You will not be able to lose any weight without putting in the work - this is a simple fact of life. You should ask yourself why you cannot put in the effort to keep yourself healthy before spending money on products that will not work, or even worse, harm you.

If you are too depressed to take care of your weight, maybe you should see a therapist. There's nothing wrong with seeing a therapist, and it doesn't mean you are crazy. Therapy is for everyone who has a problem in their life they can't solve by themselves.

There are no shortcuts. You will need to diet/exercise in order to slim down your thighs.

how big r they cuz if their of a decent size then i woulnt see a point of sliming down. its ur best asset and y would u wann slim down?

Electronic Absolution.I tried my self (on abdomen actually) bit helps on any part of the body we want to reduce.I do not usually recommend this crap advertise form TV,but I used this one and helped(over the longer period of use).
