If you need help, you need to talk to someone: a friend, family or a doctor. If there is no one, there's always support organizations that are willing to listen to you because more often than not, merely talking to someone about your problems or feelings is all you need to do to feel better.

If you feel that you need some more assurance and help..and don't mind the hospital situation..then by all means go back and get the help you need...I personally would suggest that yo Pray for strength, actually..through God and Jesus...you are not being paranoid..you just feel a little shaky now and felt secure there...What ever you decide...it is for your well being.

Sometimes people go to hospital then when they come out feel like they are not properly healed because they have lived with whatever they went in for for so long, they dont feel normal or natural, so yes you should go back in just for a check up if they say your OK you must be fine, CONGRATULATIONS though.

Go get help. There is no reason for you to try to get through this on your own. You have a medical condition and it needs to be treated. Do not suffer when you can get doctors and counseling that will help you. Get going and good luck!

you should at least have someone to talk to about this maybe your Dr. or a friend who is a health professinal. Don't hurt yourself it only makes things worse. Maybe you should go back to the hospital again.

have you talked with your doctor about your concerns. this would be a good place to start plus the fact maybe you are feeling anxious talking it out and getting his/her input on it will probally make you feel better! good luck
