NO,NO,NO. In our country, only criminals hide their faces, unless someone is wearing a face mask as required by their job. For example, doctors, welders, etc. And in those cases, their faces are only partially covered as a safety issue for short times only while on the job. No one in this country should even be allowed to walk the streets with their face completely covered, unless a SEVERE medical condition dictates that it is necessary or protects the person from derision.
Under NO circumstances should a drivers license be issued to someone whose face can't be identified!!!
If your religion or your male dominated society requires you to have your face covered, and you don't like our rules I suggest you stay in your own country. No one is forcing you to come here.
There's an old saying which still applies,"when in Rome, do as the Romans do". Get it??

Nope. You have to have your face identifiable on a driving license photo. It identifies you as the rightful owner of the license.

um no you cannot for obvious reasons !!! identification & um well sorry but terroist kinda comes to mind I'm sorry it's what this world has come to i'm not judging u on that but just saying unfortunately that's our society ...... um question are u being serious or having us all on it seems to be quite an obvious answer when entering most foreign country.
