I like it if it's taken care of... Lots of men don't get regular trims or use conditioner... And that's not cool. If it's in good shape and it's not super long, then I find it attractive.

If they keep it real clean it's ok. Most don't. Also if they are good looking with long hair they will be often mistaken for a girl.
